  1. 1 scoop light Chocolate Vitality Blend
  2. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  3. 2 Tbsp dry rolled oats
  4. 1 red apple, cored and chopped
  5. 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  6. 1 tsp real maple syrup or honey
  7. pinch of nutmeg
  8. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  9. 4 walnuts/pecans
  1. Add ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
