Are You Getting Enough Fiber?

Dietary fiber is a fundamental element of a healthy diet. We all know fiber is associated with keeping you “regular” this however is not the only benefit from eating more fiber. Fiber can also help in the prevention of diabetes, heart disease and weight gain. The USDA recommends you have 14g of fiber per 1,000 calories you eat. Are you getting enough fiber each day?
