Ingredients
  1. 1 8-ounce sirloin steak
  2. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  6. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  7. 8 cups baby greens
  8. 1/2 small onion, diced
  9. 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  10. 1/4 cup fresh corn kernels
  11. 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles
  12. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  13. 4 tablespoons Cilantro Lime Dressing
Instructions
  1. Season the steak with the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and the steak. Cook until desired doneness. Let rest while you prepare the salad.
  2. Divide the greens between two plates. Top with the vegetables, cheese and quinoa. Slice the cooked steak and add that to the salad. Serve with the dressing.
