Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop light Chocolate Vitality Blend
  2. 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  3. 1 cup almond milk
  4. 2 small pitted dates
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  6. 1/8 tsp caramel extract
  7. 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are blended smooth. Enjoy!
  2. Nutrients Per Serving: 280 cals, 70 from fat, 7g total fat, 1g sat fat, 290mg sodium, 38g carbs, 13g fiber, 15g sugar, 17g protein
