You’re seeing it everywhere and hearing about all of its amazing uses, so how about giving it a try?

Here are a few tips for cooking with Coconut Oil!

1) Make a smoothie: Add richness and a hint of the tropics to your next smoothie.

2) Spread it on toast: Spread some coconut oil on warm toast instead of butter for a healthier breakfast.

3) Drizzle it on popcorn: Try using liquified coconut oil for a unique twist to traditional buttered popcorn.

4) Add it to granola: Substitute coconut oil for vegetable or canola oil for your favorite granola recipe.

5) Whip up a salad dressing!

6) Bake healthier french fries: Whether you prefer white russets or sweet potatoes, you can make crispy, baked french fries in the oven with minimal fuss using coconut oil.

Chocolate Coconut Delight Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

1 scoop Chocolate Vitality Blend
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbsp raw cacoa powder
1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 pitted dates

Nutrients Per Serving: 440 cals, 160 from fat, 18g total fat, 7g sat fat, 180mg sodium, 60g carbs, 18g fiber, 25g sugar, 17g protein
