Ingredients
  1. 1 8-ounce sirloin steak
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 8 cups baby spinach
  4. 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and sliced
  5. 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  6. 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
  7. 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  8. 4 tablespoons Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and the steak. Cook until desired doneness. Let rest while you prepare the salad.
  2. Divide the spinach, apples, almonds, and blue cheese between two plates. Cut the steak into bite sized pieces and top the salad. Serve with the dressing.
