Ingredients
  1. 8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  2. 1 large Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  4. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  5. 2 stalks celery, chopped
  6. 1 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  7. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  8. Juice of 1 lemon
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Divide the lettuce between bowls and top with the apples, grapes, walnuts, celery and chicken. Stir the yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the sale and serve.
