Fajita Salad with Sliced Beef

Dark greens, raw fajita vegetables and quick cooked seasoned steak make a hearty and healthy salad. Serve it with your favorite salsa, or try it with our delicious cilantro lime dressing. However you serve it, it is sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients
  1. 1 8-ounce beef steak, thinly sliced
  2. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 8 cups mixed greens
  7. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  8. 1 bell pepper, sliced
  9. 1 small zucchini, sliced
  10. 1 small red onion, sliced
  11. Sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese, for serving
  12. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Season the beef with the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook until desired doneness.
  2. Divide the greens and vegetables between two plates. Top with the sliced beef, and serve with desired accompaniments.
