  1. 1 scoop light Chocolate Vitality Blend
  2. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  3. 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  4. 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  5. 2 prunes
  6. 2 tsp flaxseed meal or ground flaxseed
  7. 1 tsp ground ginger
  8. 5-7 ice cubes
  1. Add ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
  1. Nutrients Per Serving: 320 cals, 80 from fat, 9g total fat, 1g sat fat, 220mg sodium, 45g carbs, 15g fiber, 18g sugar, 15g protein
