You’ll also want to eliminate rye, most oats, bulgur, triticale, barley, kamut, processed foods like common sauces and condiments, malts, beer and other alcohols, deli meats, some soy products, most chips, some seasonings, fast foods and more.

Check labels or inquire about the foods you eat. You’d be surprised how many items contain hidden gluten. Focus instead on getting healthy whole foods into your diet. Take it one day at a time, and before you know it, you’ll be feeling great and may even experience greater fat loss than ever before.
