Ingredients
  1. 1 cup pitted dates
  2. 1/4 cup goji berries
  3. 1/4 cup sliced almonds or pistachios
  4. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Put the dates and goji berries in bowl and cover with water. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain and put in a food processor with the almonds and cocoa powder. Pulse until well combined and spread in a parchment lined cake pan.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour, remove parchment and cut into cubes. Store leftovers in the freezer.
