Ingredients
  1. 8 cups baby spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup fresh mixed berries of your choice, such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
  3. 1/2 red onion, sliced
  4. 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
  5. 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  6. 4 tablespoons Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Divide the spinach between two plates. Top with the remaining ingredients and drizzle with the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
