NEW BEGINNINGS: CONTROLLING MY MOM DIET

 

So, I’ve been talking a lot about new beginnings lately and I must say that adjusting to the newness of my life these days has been more challenging than I thought it would be in some areas. I always knew that SAHM’s often don’t get a chance to eat but I thought surely I wouldn’t have that problem on my days home because my kids are more self-sufficient than babies. Wrong! I’ve actually had people at work ask me if I’ve lost weight because my face looks thinner. My response is always that I’m on the “mom diet” – being so busy with my kids that I often skip meals.
