Our Favorite Spring Smoothies

Springtime is here and that means the weather’s getting a little warmer, which makes a smoothie for breakfast much more palatable! There’s farmer’s markets popping up everywhere so get out there and shop for some fruits and veggies that are in season and that you can use in these delicious smoothie recipes!

Mango Greens Smoothie

Besides just being super delicious, this smoothie is packed with nutrients from ingredients like mango, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and our greens formula! Did you know that mango has antioxidant compounds that have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers? Not to mention it tastes yummy! And protein powerhouses chia seeds and Greek yogurt help fill you up the healthy way. Protein not only helps repair tissue and muscles, it also keeps our bones and skin healthy! Healthy Coconut Smoothie

Transport yourself to a tropical island with this scrumptious smoothie that has coconut milk, peaches, and a bit of lemon.
