These are full of POTASSIUM and make a great snack in lunches or before the gym. Enjoy these baked banana chips when you want a crunch and healthy snack!
- Lemon juice
- Kosher salt
- Slice bananas very thin (1/8″), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake at 250F for about 1½ – 2 hours, flipping them over around half way through, until they are crispy.
- Let cool. Enjoy!
