We took a few of our favorite antioxidant fruits and put ’em together in this yummy cranberry orange smoothie. Cranberries help boost your IMMUNE system and are super low calorie, so enjoy them in this DELICIOUS smoothie!
- 10 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup frozen or fresh cranberries
- 4 oz coconut or almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- optional – ice for more thickness
- protein powder of choice
- Juice orange and add to blender with the rest of ingredients. Pulse until well blended. Enjoy!
