Ingredients
  1. 2-3 large cucumbers, sliced
  2. 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  3. 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  4. 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients together. Let chill for 20 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
