- 1 cup chicken – cooked and diced
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup low fat Italian salad dressing
- 3 round whole wheat pita pockets
- In a bowl mix together chicken, lettuce, and salad dressing. Slice pita pockets in half and scoop chicken mixture in each pocket. Pack for lunch or serve for dinner and ENJOY!
