Ingredients
  1. 3 bananas, very ripe, mashed
  2. 1⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 2 cups rolled oats
  4. 1⁄4 cup soymilk
  5. 1⁄2 cup raisins, coconut, or chocolate chips
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. Drop in rounded tablespoons on a parchment covered cookie sheet or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until they hold together and begin to brown. Store in an airtight container.
  2. Enjoy!
