Ingredients
  1. 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  2. 2 handfuls of kale leaves, washed
  3. 1 to 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
  4. 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup or agave, or to taste
  5. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  6. 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
  1. Combine apple, kale, ginger, honey or sweetener, coconut milk and almond milk in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
