Make this easy, NO COOK oatmeal the night before…just grab and go for a HEALTHY breakfast!

Ingredients
  1. 1 Scoop Vitaity Blend
  2. 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  3. 1/3 cup skim milk
  4. 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  5. 1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
  7. 1 teaspoon honey
  8. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  9. 1/4 cup of your favorite fruit, chopped
  10. 1 Mason jar, or if you don’t have this use a tupperware
Instructions
  1. In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, Vitality Blend, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add applesauce and stir until mixed throughout. Top with chopped fruit and return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Enjoy!
