- 1 whole wheat pizza dough(fresh or frozen) or Naan bread
- 1-2 Tablespoons Pesto with Basil
- 2 oz lowfat mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- Pre-heat oven to 400°. Spread pesto onto pizza dough or bread and layer with mozzarella and spinach. Place in oven for 15 minutes, or according to pizza dough instructions. Slice and enjoy!
