Ingredients
  1. 2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  2. 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  3. 1 large cucumber, seeded and grated or finely diced
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  5. 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to taste
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
  2. Enjoy!
