Ingredients
  1. 1 whole wheat pita pocket, torn into small pieces
  2. 1-1½ c. broccoli florets
  3. 1 chicken tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  4. ¼ tsp. dried onion flakes
  5. ⅛ tsp. ginger
  6. 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat 1-2 tsp olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center and it begins to turn golden brown. Remove from pan.
  2. 2. Pour another 1 tsp. olive oil to the pan, and add the broccoli, pita, and onion. Sauté 3-4 minutes or until broccoli begins to deepen in color.
  3. 3. Add chicken back to the pan. Sprinkle ginger over the mixture. Pour in soy sauce, and continue to sauté another 1-2 minutes, or until everything is heated through. Season to taste, and serve warm.
  4. Enjoy!
