This simple salad has only a few ingredients, but is still delicious. Romaine lettuce is crispy and flavorful, yet still offers plenty of nutrients. High protein sirloin steak adds protein.

Ingredients
  1. 1 8-ounce sirloin steak
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  4. 8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  5. 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  6. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 4 tablespoons Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and the steak. Cook until desired doneness. Let rest while you prepare the salad.
  2. Divide the rest of the ingredients between two plates. Slice the steak and top the salad. Serve with the dressing.
