Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons Cilantro Lime dressing
  2. 1/2 cup cooked black beans, drained
  3. 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
  4. 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
  5. 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  6. 2 cups Romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. Divide the ingredients in half. Layer in two pint sized mason jars in the order listed. Seal the jars and store in the fridge until ready to eat, up to 2 days.
