Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing
  2. 1/4 cup lima beans, drained
  3. 1/2 cup fresh peas
  4. 1/4 cup chopped asparagus spears
  5. 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  6. 2 cups baby lettuce leaves
  7. 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
  1. Divide the ingredients in half. Layer in two pint sized mason jars in the order listed. Seal the jars and store in the fridge until ready to eat, up to 2 days.
