Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  6. 1 Scoop Viance Vitality Blend
  7. 1/2 cup nonfat milk, your choice

Instructions
