Ingredients
  1. 1 8-ounce sirloin steak
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 8 cups mixed greens
  4. 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  5. 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  6. 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  7. 4 tablespoons Cilantro Lime Dressing
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and the steak. Cook until desired doneness. Let rest while you prepare the salad.
  2. Combine the mixed greens with the bean sprouts, carrots, and peanuts. Chop the steak into bite sized pieces and toss with the salad. Serve with the cilantro lime dressing.
