- 1 scoop light Chocolate Vitality Blend
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup OJ
- 1 handful dark greens like kale, spinach
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ice to taste
